What is TASKPAIR?

TASKPAIR is a co-parenting app that takes the hardest part of co-parenting, asking the other parent for something, and makes it simple. Because asking shouldn’t start a fight. You ask for something. They ignore it. You message again. It gets emotional. TASKPAIR solves this. Just send a Request. They tap a button to respond. Done. Requests are replied with a simple action: Confirm, Reject, or Suggest a Change. No chat needed. No need for back-and-forth. No unnecessary drama.

You must be 18 years or older to use TaskPair.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local laws.

Nature of the Service

TaskPair is a co-parenting assistance platform designed to help manage:

  • Requests and responses
  • Schedules and parenting time
  • Shared expenses
  • Updates and documentation

TaskPair is not a legal service, mediation service, or counseling service.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

● Provide accurate information
● Use the app respectfully and lawfully
● Avoid harassment, threats, or abusive content
● Not misuse the platform for illegal activities

You are solely responsible for content you create or upload.

Co-Parent Interactions

TaskPair does not:

● Enforce parenting agreements
● Guarantee responses from co-parents
● Mediate disputes or conflicts

It’s the All interactions remain the responsibility of the users involved.

Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

● Violate these Terms
● Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
● Pose security or legal risks

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

● TaskPair is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
●TaskPair is not responsible for outcomes of co-parenting decisions

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TaskPair harmless from claims arising from:

● Your use of the app
●Your content or actions
●Violations of these Terms

In-App Purchases

  • Subscriptions are offered through Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  • Pricing and billing are displayed before purchase
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

In-App Purchases

  • Manage or cancel subscriptions via your App Store / Play Store account
  • No refunds are issued by TaskPair directly
